VEROLIXS Account Deletion

VEROLIXS users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to request account deletion

Send an email to:

support@verolixs.com

Please include:

Your VEROLIXS account email or username
A request stating that you want your VEROLIXS account deleted

We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before deletion.

Data that will be deleted

VEROLIXS account/profile information
Profile photo and profile details
Posts and uploaded content associated with the account
Comments and other account-related user content where applicable
Account authentication information associated with VEROLIXS

Data that may be retained

Some information may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or enforcement of VEROLIXS policies. Any retained information will only be kept for as long as necessary for those purposes.

Processing time

Account deletion requests will normally be processed within 30 days after the account owner has been verified.
